Thinking this morning about the great gift of repentance. The adversary wants us to see repentance as a punishment or trial. It is, however, the sweetest gift from a loving Savior who gives us a new chance, every single day, to try again.
We all need repentance. And thanks to the Savior’s Atonement, we can repent and be cleansed.
President Boyd K. Packer taught, “The Atonement leaves no tracks, no traces. What it fixes is fixed. … It just heals, and what it heals stays healed” (quoted by Elder Dale G. Renlund in October 2016).
